Spiritual Life Coaching

A life coach will help you achieve and move forward in life, but they may not help you get the spiritual fulfillment that you are looking for. Spiritual life coaches, however, are experienced with helping people find their sense of peace, love, and purpose, as well as wholeness and appreciation for all that is. A spiritual life coach is someone who helps you connect to who you truly are. They work with you to change/redirect/navigate your life, uncover your desires, take steps towards your goals, achieve your dreams, bust limiting beliefs, and remove roadblocks. A spiritual life coach uses a deeper, more holistic approach. They work with you on the operating system beneath your consciousness. A spiritual coach helps you go deep into the part of your iceberg that is below the waterline. When you are able to understand, work with, change and utilize this portion of your operating system, you are able to change your life. A spiritual coach will work with root causes instead of treating symptoms. Do you want to consciously create? Do you want to own your power? Do you desire growth, progress, abundance, love, and deep satisfaction from your life? The growth that is accomplished with a spiritual coach includes connection to the divine, working with the universe, taking control of your happiness, stepping into your power, shifting your subconscious, and much much more.

Sex Coaching

A sex coach is someone who helps you with your sexual and relationship life so that you can heal your sexuality, fill in gaps in your sexuality education, and be more powerful as a sexual being. Sex coaches deal with sex head-on without any blame, shame, or negative judgment so that clients can talk about the things that are hard to talk about and get out of shame and into pleasure and fulfillment. I work with people who are single and with people in relationships. A sex coach teaches, trains, guides, motivates, collaborates, inspires, monitors, validates, and listens to help their clients achieve their sexual, intimacy and relationship goals. Sex coaches share positive and accurate information with respect to relationships, intimacy and sexuality. This helps them to enable their clients to get positive results and enjoy healthy sexual relationships. Sex coaches listen to their clients to help them determine their goals. They may give their client homework, or as we like to call it “Lovework”, such as exploring their body to find out where their erogenous zones are and how to pleasure themselves. Sex coaches may give their clients various resources and tools or teach them sexual techniques and exercises.
